The food was better than I expected for an arena. I had a burger and chips and both were hot and decent. Drinks were fine as well, and the queues moved along okay. The prices are definitely on the high side, but I suppose that’s standard for venues these days. Still, it would be nice if places kept things a bit more reasonable for people just trying to enjoy a night out.

I went to a gig here and braced myself for awful queues, because that usually puts me in a bad mood before the night even starts. But it was actually fine. The staff kept everything moving along and it felt organised, so I relaxed quickly. Got in faster than I thought I would, with no real hassle

The venue itself was alright, but getting to our seats was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The signs weren’t very clear, so we kept walking around in circles and having to explain to different people where we were trying to go, which got old quickly. The staff seemed busy, so we didn’t get much help there either. For such a big place, the layout really should be a lot easier to figure out.

Leaving afterwards was no better, everyone was just sort of shuffling around with hardly any direction. For a venue that big, I expected things to run a lot smoother. I’d probably go again if it was for someone I really wanted to see, but they definitely need to sort out the entry and exit

The toilets were rough. I went in about 2 or 3 times and each time the seats were dirty, the floor was wet, and there was a bad smell that seemed to hang around for most of the night.

I had a good experience here with accessibility. The staff were friendly and quick to point me in the right direction, and I really appreciated that the ramps were easy to spot and placed in convenient areas. It made getting around a lot less stressful.

Went to the arena parking was a bit hit or miss. There are car parks nearby, so it’s not like you’re stuck, but getting in and especially out after the show took AGES. The signs could definitely be clearer too because we ended up driving around for a while before figuring it out. Not terrible overall, but next time I’d 100% leave extra time.

From where we were sitting, the vocals just sounded Muddy at times. some parts were fine, but overall the sound wasn’t super consistent

I went in after having a bit of a long day, and the security staff were really professional. It might sound like a small thing, but I noticed it straight away while I was sorting my coat and checking my phone. They were calm, polite, and on top of things, so I felt safe inside the whole time.

Had an okay night overall. The food was fine, nothing amazing but definitely edible. The drinks, though, were ridiculously expensive for what they were, which kind of took away from the experience

I had a really good time overall, the show itself was great. I’ve been to a few similar gigs before, and this one definitely held up in terms of the performance. The only downside was the waiting around. Getting drinks took ages, and leaving at the end felt just as slow. Still enjoyed the night, but the queues were annoying...

The performance itself was fine, and I’d been looking forward to it all week, even grabbed dinner beforehand, which was actually the best part of the night. But once I sat down, it was just hard, cramped, and there was basically no leg room. I kept shifting around the entire time trying to get comfortable. For the price of tickets these days, you’d expect to at least sit without feeling like you’re folded into a suitcase

I tried booking tickets through motorpointarenanottingham.com it was a mess. I’d put all my details in, then it would randomly kick me right back to the start. You’d think a ticket site would at least manage the basic part of taking a booking without making you do it over and over.
When the order finally went through, the confirmation email took ages to arrive and then had the wrong seat details on it. I contacted customer service, but just got what felt like copy-and-paste replies that didn’t actually sort anything out. It made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be, so I wouldn’t use it again.

I had an okay time, but the prices felt steep. Not saying it’s a scam, but between the tickets and the drinks, it ended up costing way more than I expected for what you actually get...
